1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pilgrims Kitchen & Inn website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking Policy

2.1 Hotel Room Booking

• Check-in time: 14:00
• Check-out time: 12:00
• Valid identification required at check-in
• 30% deposit required at time of booking
• Remaining balance due at check-in or check-out

2.2 Restaurant Booking

• Advance booking recommended for groups of 6 or more
• Please inform us of any food allergies in advance
• Opening hours: Mon-Sat 07:30-21:00 (Closed Sundays)

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Hotel Room Cancellation

• 7+ days in advance: 100% refund of deposit
• 3-6 days in advance: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 3 days: No refund
• No-show: Full charge for first night

3.2 Restaurant Cancellation

• Please cancel at least 2 hours in advance
• For large groups (10+ people): 24 hours notice required

4. Payment

• Cash accepted (LAK, USD, THB)
• Credit cards accepted (Visa, Mastercard)
• Bank transfer available (for advance bookings)
• Prices listed in Lao Kip (LAK)
• Prices include VAT

5. Hotel Rules

• No smoking in rooms (designated smoking areas available)
• No pets allowed (except service animals)
• Please maintain quiet hours after 22:00
• Guests are responsible for any damages
• Outside food and beverages not permitted

6. Liability

Pilgrims Kitchen & Inn is not responsible for:

• Loss of valuables not secured in safe deposit boxes
• Acts of nature or events beyond our control
• Personal injury resulting from failure to follow rules
• Technology malfunctions (WiFi, TV, etc.)

7. Hotel Rights

The hotel reserves the right to:

• Refuse service for inappropriate behavior
• Ask guests to leave for serious violations
• Change prices and terms without notice
• Use guest photos for promotional purposes (unless objected)

8. Website Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt website operations
• Copy content without permission
• Send spam or inappropriate content
• Impersonate others

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design are property of Pilgrims Kitchen & Inn and protected by copyright law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Lao PDR. Any disputes will be resolved in Lao courts.
